Our last limited edition of 2025 – FrischSchoggi Hazelnut Cinnamon Blond – is being released just in time for the festive season. Its seductive scent of fine Ceylon cinnamon, generous amounts of which we stirred into the fresh chocolate when it was still warm, works in perfect harmony with our caramelized Piedmont hazelnuts. In contrast to the stronger Cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon tastes more aromatic and gives our blond chocolate an especially elegant touch.
